It all starts with an In-depth job briefing
CircuIT Recruitment is committed to providing and exceeding our clients expectations. More than simply recording information, our aim is to work closely with you to assess the critical business issues, the essential requirements of the position in question, and the behavioural/cultural characteristics that the candidates will be required to have to succeed in the role.
Having an in-depth job brief not only allows us to match the most suitable candidates to your requirement, but also allows us to provide candidates with a comprehensive overview of your company, requirement and expectations.
Candidate Search and Selection
Once we have an in-depth job brief CircuIT Consultants will then identify the most suitable candidates from a number of sources:
- Professional networking and head hunting
- Internal database of candidates
- Advertising and Job boards
- Online sourcing
Having an in-depth job brief allows our Consultants to effectively present your opportunity in a compelling way ensuring detailed articulation of the position and cultural aspects of your company. Our Consultants will also be able to address any questions or concerns raised by potential candidates towards the opportunity or your company. This consultative approach greatly increases the prospect of attracting the best candidates to your company.
Once we have identified and screened suitable candidates for your company, a shortlist of 2-3 candidates (unless a different number is agreed on) with supporting cover notes are submitted for consideration. Once you have identified which candidates you wish to interview, your CircuIT Consultant will then arrange and manage the interview process through to the offer stage.
Reference Checking
CircuIT Recruitment conduct a minimum of 2 reference checks for each candidate. A candidate’s technical, behavioural and business strengths and weaknesses are identified and fleshed out during this stage.
At request these references can be tailored to suit your company’s technical and cultural elements.
The Offer and Placement
In the contest for talent in a competitive market place, a skilled and insightful approach to closing a search can be the difference between success and failure. CircuIT consultants invest in proactive relationships with candidates through every step of the recruitment process, and are better able to monitor and address concerns about the role and company, which minimises potential barriers at the final stage.
Once you have made your choice, we manage the successful and un-successful candidate applications and facilitate all that is required for the successful candidate to start their employment with you.
Post Placement Care
CircuIT Recruitment is committed to providing outstanding post placement service. We follow up with each candidate and client at regular intervals to check on performance and fit. Our Consultants’ diligence in this regard stems not only from professional pride but also from a long-term outlook toward clients and candidates.
You can expect to be contacted by your CircuIT Consultant on the candidate’s start date. Additional follow-ups are conducted at the 1 month and 3 month stages of the candidate’s employment.
No hire no fee
You don’t pay for our services until the point where you hire a candidate. So everything up to that point is free. If you don’t hire, then you pay no fee.
